      Hi Brandt,

I have a question about this. How would you use the timer? Would it be tied to each task?

        Hi Angela,

Thank you for the suggestion. The way I suggest to do it is to create another task on the date you want to follow up on, and just link to to the task you want to follow up on.

You can get a link to any task by opening/expanding it (click on the two arrow icon). Then copy the address from the browser's address bar and paste it in the second tasks's notes.

Let us know if you have any questions. We're here to help.

@DLLuce My Tasks can be reordered in any way you wish. You can drag and drop the tasks to the top or bottom to sort them based on their priority. -Zaid

            Hi Jack,

Import would not actually help you that much with migrating, because each tool has a different export format and idiosyncrasies , and you end up having to massage your data quite a bit to get it working, and even then you could end up with hard to diagnose bugs.

The only item it would speed up is the suggestion David Luce has, which is export/import within Sandglaz.

Hope this sheds some light on it.

            Thanks,
            Zaid

              Hi Jack,

I realize that this is frustrating, and I do take it personally when any of our customers is frustrated. Internationalizing dates is not as simple as it seems. Different browsers have different approaches to date handling, and so do different date libraries on different platforms. It is something I've been thinking about, and I do hope to have a solution that works consistently.

              Thanks,
              Zaid
