Why isn't Sandglaz Loading?

If Sandglaz does not load correctly for you—for example if you see a blank page of un-styled text or you can't get past the spinning loading image—it is probably because some of the Sandglaz data stored by your browser has become corrupted. The site will most likely load correctly if you clear this data and reload the page. Below are instructions for doing this on a number of common browsers.

Chrome for Desktop:


  • Go to chrome://settings/cookies in your address bar (or, alternatively, go to settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings (under Privacy) -> All cookies and site data). 
  • Search for sandglaz.com and click thex next to it to delete the saved data.
  • Reload Sandglaz.

Chrome for Android:

  • Go to Settings -> Site settings (under Advanced) -> Storage
  • Click "All sites", and find Sandglaz.com
  • Click the trash can icon next to the "Usage" display
  • Reload Sandglaz

If that doesn't work, then you may need to clear all browsing data. You can do this by going to Settings -> Privacy (under Advanced) -> Clear Browsing Data (under additional options in top right corner of screen).


Firefox for Desktop:

  • Go to History -> Show All History
  • Find Sandglaz, and right-click or control-click on the entry.
  • Choose "Forget about this site" from the menu
  • Reload Sandglaz

Safari for Desktop:

  • Go to Preferences -> Privacy -> Details (underneath the "Remove All Website Data" button)
  • Search for Sandglaz, select the Sandglaz entry, and click Remove
  • Reload Sandglaz

Safari for iOS:

  • In the Settings app,  go to Safari -> Advanced
  • Find the www.sandglaz.com entry, swipe it to the left, and tap Delete
  • Go back to Safari and reload Sandglaz

If this doesn't work, you may need to clear all browsing data. You go do this by going to Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data.


Internet Explorer for Desktop:

  • Go to Favorites (the star icon) -> History
  • find Sandglaz and right-click
  • Seletc Delete from the menu
  • Reload Sangdlaz
If this doesn't work, you may need to clear all browsing data. You can do this by going to Settings -> Safety -> Delete Browsing History. Check off at least the "Temporary Internet fIles and website files" and "Cookies and website data" options, and click Delete. If you have Sandglaz as a Favorite, you'll also need to uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data".
