My Tasks

My Tasks aggregates all your tasks from your projects into a single, unified view. This allows you to glance at your tasks and prioritize accordingly.

PRODUCTIVITY TIP: We suggest that you limit yourself to tackling between five and seven tasks in a day. This way, you won’t bite off more than you can chew. Plus, if you finish everything, you can always get started on tomorrow’s work.

Prioritizing your tasks is as easy as dragging and dropping them, placing the most important ones at the top. You can also add tasks directly in My Tasks. These tasks won't belong to any projects.

PRODUCTIVITY TIP: Let your tasks flow directly from your head into Sandglaz. In other words, create a new task whenever you think of something to do. You can then organize and prioritize tasks at any time.

Customize My Tasks

By default, My Tasks shows you only the tasks that you're tagged on with your username.

To change that, select My Tasks in your sidebar and click on the Settings button. Now you can choose which tasks from that project you want to appear in My Tasks: none, all, or only those tasks that are tagged with your username.

You can also do this by opening the sidebar and clicking on a specific project. Then, select Settings.

Customizing My Tasks will allow you to keep it organized, so that you don’t clutter your daily task overview.

Next, let’s take a look at how you can customize your projects.
