  1. Task Prioritization in "My Tasks"

    Because I work on tasks from the "My Tasks" level and not the project level, I can't see the default rows (Important, Less Important Etc) which determine what should be done first. There needs to be some kind of prioritization with automatic organization. That way important tasks from various projects are automatically placed at the top of the list and less important ones at the bottom.

    Option 1: Allow the default rows to automatically determine a tasks priority and placement in the "My Tasks" view. Also there would need to be some kind of annotation that showed the task's priority…

        You can currently add Sandglaz to your home screen and launch as a full screen app. We’re also planning full offline support so that it works without a network connection.

        We’ll review the need for a native app at a future date.

      • Specify Days of the Week

        When making a recurring task, select "Weekdays" and have the days of the week we can check off. For instance, there are some tasks I only want to perform on Mon, Wed and Fri, and would like it to auto-populate on those days, but not show up on the others.

            • Offer ability to mass-edit tags

              In case the members of a team change, or the task is assigned to someone else, have the ability to change the name of a certain #tag or @tag all at once instead of having to edit each tag in each task.

                • Calander view

                  I am entirely rely on Sandglaz for my schedule, including personal stuff. So I don't use calendar apps. But sometimes I want to see my schedule in a monthly view. I know you already have the feature to connect to calendar apps, but I think that calendar view in Sandglaz will be more comfortable.

                  • Reusable Templates with Due date relative to event

                    I often set up a checklist of things I need to get done for a specific event. I would like to retain that checklist for future use around a similar event.
                    The best implementation would allow me to set up all the project's tasks with a relative date, such as D - 3, so that I could instantiate the project with a single date, and have all of its tasks be oriented to that date.

                    For instance, the due date for "check passport" is "90 days _before_ #departure" and "rent car" is "14 days _before_ #departure". Then to set up…

                          When a user clicks on the column head to split it into two milestones, would you please give an option to specify different arrangements; similar setting is needed with repeating tasks and "move to" dates.

                          For example, I would like to separate one grid into "Workdays" vs. "Weekends", i.e. the two milestones in that grid contain 5 and 2 days each.

                              In each project, let's say you have a major task that will be repeated, and the task has many subtasks that are completed by different people (e.g. publishing books - where one person designs covers, another handles promo, another handles editing, etc.).
                              It would be great if you could assign them by subtask and then each team member could see all of their 'subtasks' due at any time. Also you could check a hashtag (in this example, a book title perhaps) to see what subtasks still need finished for the parent task to be completed. :)

                                In the UK we refer to "Mon 31 Mar" not "Mon Mar 31".
                                Times are often preferred as "17:00" rather than "5 PM".

                                You have the drop-down calendar and time correct for Europe. Just needs to be in other places where date/time is referred to.

                                • Create a Master Project Grid.

                                  In addition to the master grid for individual tasks, it would be helpful to have a master project grid, where you can see all projects' progress. Our group currently uses Jira, and it provides a global view of projects that enables us to see all stories as a group and look at the milestones per story, not just individual tasks.

                                    It would be fun to have something to hide non needed projects or simply to archive finished projects.

                                    Reason: My project list is full and the new project is created at the bottom of the list so I have to move it up and it's a bit unproductive :)

                                        If you have a weekly grid included in ‘My Tasks’ you’ll be able to see the tasks and plan them on daily basis there. Is this what you’re looking for?

                                        Also, you can change the grid’s milestones by clicking on the date column. And adjust it to daily, weekly, monthly…etc.

                                      • Task automatically assigned to date/time when using voice recognition (and date/time disappear from task headline)

                                        Like in Astrid, if I said "pick up dry cleaning on Wednesday at 9am" using voice recognition, the app would translate that to "pick up dry cleaning" and assign it to my calendar on Wednesday at 9am, automatically. Amazing!! The app removed hassle factors of having to manually enter day and time.

                                          Currently, if I click on a single blue hyperlinked username or tag, a grey ribbon appears at the top with that #tag/@username, indicating that I'm looking at a filtered view. This is very slick. However, I am then limited to a single entity filter. When I mouse over the #tag or @user, a strikethrough appears, also very slick.

                                          However, why are the other #tags and @users not also available for selection in the ribbon? For example, if I have #tag1, #tag2, and #tag3, I might like to view just #tag1 and #tag2, but not #tag3. My suggestion is that if…
